Managed the end-to-end production lifecycle of seasonal savory food product packaging for Williams Sonoma, partnering closely with internal creative, marketing, and merchandising teams to bring seasonal product lines to market.

Collaborated throughout concept development and design reviews, providing guidance on production techniques, substrates, color builds, print processes, and finishing methods to support both creative objectives and manufacturing requirements. Worked closely with design teams to ensure packaging concepts translated successfully from creative development through final production.

Product Development & Production
Coordinated packaging development for seasonal and featured product lines, including collaborations with guest chefs and external partners. Managed communications across multiple stakeholders to align creative direction, production timelines, approvals, and delivery requirements.

Sourced packaging materials, vessels, substrates, and specialty print and finishing techniques to support seasonal product launches and gift programs. Developed packaging prototypes and presentation mockups to evaluate design, materials, and production feasibility prior to final approval.

Print Production & Release
Prepared products for studio photography and partnered with studio artists to develop production-ready artwork. Oversaw final file preparation, quality control, and prepress reviews, ensuring all packaging assets met brand standards, print specifications, and production requirements prior to release.

Managed print production workflows through final file delivery to manufacturing partners and printers, supporting successful execution of seasonal packaging programs from concept through market launch.
