Scope

I was contracted by Function Health to produce their OOH launch campaign, which ran from September through December 2025. With media placements and live dates locked early, I built a detailed timeline and production grid to keep everything moving smoothly - covering media formats, production specs, creative rotations, and assigned master/common sizes across print, digital and animated units.

Working closely with the in-house brand team, we fine-tuned core brand colors to ensure they translated beautifully to vinyl and other printed substrates, while staying consistent across digital and web applications. In a very tight timeframe, we produced a large volume of mechanicals from supplied layouts. The vendor partner played a key role in retouching, assembly, proofing, and partnering closely with the printer to lock in preliminary color tests across multiple materials. This is a campaign I’m especially proud of.

Following the OOH launch, the project moved into its next phase with newspaper and digital ad insertions for The New York Times and New York Post publications. From supply of the art director's Figma files, I managed mechanical builds including reviews, edits and final team approvals ahead of final ad submissions to publisher portals. Billing submission and archival deliveries followed as a last step.
